Accommodates up to 3 persons (2+1). Total surface 50m2 (inside area 33m2, terrace 17m2)
The apartment is located on first floor with South exposure, it features a large private terrace with panoramic sea view, living-dining/bedroom and tiled shower bathroom. For guest added comfort there is a cable/SAT TV, internet (wireless/wired LAN), telephone and a safe box.
Within a spacious air-conditioned living room and equipped kitchenette corner (fridge, cook top/hob, microwave, dishwasher, utensils), there is a king size bed and a sofa bed.
* At extra charge, fourth person could be accommodated by converting sofa to a king size bed w. two single mattresses or by adding a baby bed for a child (suits up to 3 years old).
For best comfort, recommended guest profile: Couple w/o child.
