Tenzera family Villa with it’s apartments is situated in residential area of Herceg Novi, just 50m from the seaside, on the Savina slope, with a beautiful view at Boka Kotorska Bay, and mountain Lovcen steeps.
Villa Tenžera offers luxury airconditioned apartments, accommodating two to five persons, each featuring unique interior, with spacious terraces and beautiful panoramic sea view.
There are three apartment types: studio, two bedrooms and three bedrooms apartments, each offering unique atmosphere. For complete comfort, they are equipped with cable TV/SAT, phone line, and broadband internet access (wireless and wired LAN), as well as safe box.
Swimming pool
The outdoor swimming pool with heated water in a pre-season/post-season months, offers additional convenience to guests of Villa Tenzera. Swimming pool is 8m x 4m in size and has an approximate water depth of 1,4m. The pool features an underwater Jet Stream system.
Gym
To help your body achieve and maintain it to be in good form and fitness, you can use our gym and exercise in a completely private atmosphere with a personal trainer or alone if you are in good condition and familiar with gym equipment.

Beaches and seaside
All local beaches are located along seashore promenade Pet Danica. At approximately 50m away from Villa Tenžera, to the promenade leads pedestrian walkway/stairway. Within a radius of 200 meters, three nearby beaches are available to guests; Koraj, Galija and Golden Bay.
