Pricing
The listed prices are cash prices given for apartment per day and are based on weekly occupancy. Local tourist taxes and registration fees are not included.
- In apartments where extra person can be accommodated, the additional bed set is charged 10 €/day
- All reservations require a deposit

Discounts
Standard discounts for long stays
Standard discount is basic discount for long stays valid in all seasons:
- First week (7 days) is always per the published price list
- After the first week, 8th to 30th day are discounted -10%
- After first month, 31th and days after are discounted -15%
Standard discount applies in situation and for periods when there are no other discounts or special offers.
Special discounts
Special discounts are discounts that sometimes appear over a period of time and for specific apartments. In the case of the overlapping of discounts in certain periods, instead the highest will apply.
To the special discounts standard discount does not apply nor does the surcharge for the short stays.
Flex apartment
Flex apartment is an option to stay with highest discounts for those guests who do not mind changing apartments during their stay. It represents a combination of two or more apartments during stay in certain periods and it applies only when no one apartment is available for the entire stay as per requested dates.
To the Flex apartment special or standard discounts do not apply nor does the surcharge for the short stays.
Short stay prices
For short stays there is a surcharge on daily prices based on weekly stays as follows:
- Stays 1-3 days: +30%
- Stays 4-6 days: +15%
Short stay prices are applicable in situation and for periods when there are no special offers.
